Often a young guy has a worldly desire to workout eat hearty and change his body for the best. He spends his entire teen's and early 20's in the gym 6 days a week 12 hours a week. Walking around with a water jug avoiding parties etc. Then they get so caught up in their passion that they become on the verge of making it a career. But there's two paths. Ease up and go back to doing it as a passion or hire bosses that tell you to do more more more more work harder even harder work till you pass out! Suddenly bodybuilding becomes a chore rather than a passion and you long for the old days when you didn't have to go to the gym but you wanted To. It happened to a lot of bodybuilders kindincluding even top rank guys like flex wheeler.
