Fruit: Bananas
Vegetables: Spinach
Grain: Do yams count? if not just whole wheat bread...
Meat: chicken
Dairy: Cottage cheese
ill add in nuts: almonds...
man... you guys gotta try this. Cottage cheese with triscuit roasted garlic flavor. tastes sooo good together. just dip it in the jar of cottage cheese and good to go! good high protein snack. Same with peanut butter on whole wheat bread as a snack.
i just eat chicken plain with some sirachi sauce. Than i just eat my carbs like yams or whole wheat bread w/ peanut butter. I just eat alot of wheat bread for carbs. Sometimes i guess i make chicken sandwiches, and egg sandwiches in the morning.
Tuna here and there. Steaks for special occasions. Burgers every friday night outside w/ my grill. And i eat alot of raw broccoli with red bean paste sauce ( korean thing ) and spinach ( korean version ) by itself alot... eat almonds while watching tV or something.
eat bananas and apples to take care of that fruit bull ****.
Pretty simple eh. And PROTEIN SHAKESSSS

Fruit: Kiwis. Tons of potassium and vitamin C
Vegetable: Broccoli/Carrot combo. Carrots for the Vitamin A, Broccoli gives you a decent bit of everything
Meat: Chicken. Good protein to calories/fat ratio, delicious with lots of things
Grain: Couscous. Whole grain, high in protein
Dairy: Greek Yogurt. High in protein, low in calories. Or whey/casein powders, if that counts-Voted Gary Johnson in 2012 and Doing it Again 2016-
