I don't know how I am going to live through dieting again. Saturday I got up and cooked breakfast. I was so hungry that I ate a bagel and peanut butter while I cooked. Breakfast was a two-egg sandwich and two pieces of sausage. Once I logged it I realized it was over 1100 calories. Oops.

Picked up some Oat Fibre from the shops today. Only 13.59 calories per 100g. It's a flour substitute that you can use for baking. I'm looking forward to making some guilt free treats. Gawd I love food.

I ate a lean burger on wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, and ketchup, Bush's homestyle baked beans, and kettle cooked salt and vinegar chips, it was delicious and only 636 calories
gonna eat a peanut butter sandwich (280 cals) soon to finish up the night
