    My favorite cheat meal is a good ol' greasy bacon cheeseburger and fries. So damn good.
    For the first time in a LONG time, I am counting calories again. 1500 calories, that's not so bad right? It is when I find out that the bagel I got at Timmies has 22 grams of fat and 54 carbs in it. I had to run out of my house 40 min earlier than planned because the roads are so bad and I was starving. Won't be doing that again. 47 carbs and 17 grams of fat to get me through the rest of the day.... Oh dear.

    I dont understand this concept of a cheat meal , are a few wings worth the whole daily calorie requirement ?? even with ranch I doubt they are over 600-700 calories
    if your goal is 1700 you have a way to go same with cake .

    The way I see it is you cheat yourself when you don't eat tasty food you love not when you do

    Ten wings from Papa John's is 810 calories. If you want to fit that into your regular daily goal of say 1500 calories that leaves 690 for the rest of the day. It takes a lot of food for me to feel full right now. 690 isn't enough for one meal much less the rest of the day. So for dieting 810 for something that isn't filling isn't worth it.

    I'm not dieting right now so I don't give a crap. I had wings two nights ago.

    This. If I have 600 cals left for the day there's no way I'll stay within range. I'm up from 5:30a-10:30p going going going... gotta eat more than twice!

    Edit: I guess I should also mention I can really put down the wings. So 8 wings is probably close to half of what I'd eat. If I'm eating them, I'm eating a fukton!

    Oh dear lawd all this calorie counting, I tend to stay anywhere between 3000 to 5000 a day and love it.

    Brb nothing like biking, no worries. The more you eat the better it is.
