Thanks guys for all the support, I am a month out now, and feel so much better. Finally got out of the funk, got control of my diet, and I am seeing results with my new program. It also feels good not to smell like an ash tray anymore!

best part about quitting smoking ..lol I love smoking. I like tobacco but the damn smell
if you ever get strong cravings try those e-cigs they are pretty good if you get a good one
better than using nicotine patches and crap like that

Didn't use any of that but probably should have after what happen the first week. I used to love smoking too, but I didn't like the dr rep I got, we have a cancer gene in this family, and I would rather not mess with that! I am actually able to do jogging, and more intense ex.

In terms of form.... When she pulls up from the floor her back looks fairly horizontal. Shouldn't her chest be up more and butt down?

Good question. Despite the title, it's actually a hang power clean which is pulled from mid thigh instead of the floor. You can either set the barbell on some blocks so that it's about knee height or you can pick it up from the ground each time, pause, lower the bar to midthigh and then start the actual power clean. You can pick it up in any manner that's safe. Since the weight is relatively light for her, she just kinda stiff leg deadlifted it. If it were heavier she'd probably either just pull from some blocks or deadlift it w/her butt lower. But good observation though because in a clean from the floor her chest would be much higher and her butt much lower, even more so than in a conventional, powerlifter style deadlift.

A friend of mine who lives across the street from me and I knew a couple who would send each other FB messages when they were sitting next to each other. If you went anywhere with them they tagged you. Anytime they did my neighbor would then check herself into "the bathroom" and tag me. The joke was lost on them but we laughed.
