Hi I am week out to going crazy and buying a ton of supplements. I know pretty much what I want to do but I have people trying to talk me into kre-alklyn and I have been reading about creatine hcl does any one have some good advice about the different creatines thank you.

Creatine Monohydrate, 3 to 5 grams each day, doesn't matter when.

start with creapure mono...it tried and true...and cheap! if you happen to be a non-responder to that, progress to other forms

just try Creatine Monohydrate first, see how well you respond to that, it's very cheep and comes in bulk, although it's suggested you load creatine 20-25 grams for the first week. Good Luck!

what everyone's saying is completely true. for your first creatine, just use simple creatine monohydrate. i'd suggest ON's Micronized Creatine Powder. it's cheap, simple, and effective! good luck with the gains homie!

No need to load creatine mono just take 3-5 grams per day. AAEFX is my favorite creatine mono because i don't get bloated on it and have been getting great results with it for over two years now. I absorb it better than any other creatine ive tried. Not everyone has issues with bloating though.

Allmax creatine mono is pretty much the best deal. You can get a year's worth for $20. 3-5g a day, and you'll have zero issues with bloating. Bloating only comes from using too much. After about a month, you can take 3g just on workout days and you'll be good.

ive been taking allmax mono for close to a month. no GI issues, and i did a slight load for the first week. i know i didnt need to, just couldnt help myself

I would go with the bb.com brand. It is pretty highly rated in the reviews and is by far the cheapest you can buy at 1000 grams for less than 15 dollars. It's what I ordered.

Basically bag Kre -alkyn. Just use creatine monohydrate. its what researchers test.

You dont need to load. just use 3 g/ per day (maintenance phase dose)

I dont think you need "a ton" of supplements.

Creapure version of creatine mono, ON sells it pretty reasonable, and if you wanna spend some money get Beast nutrition creature powder but otherwise, CrMono

Just pick up some standard creatine mono and run at 3 grams a day and you are all set.
