Hi I am week out to going crazy and buying a ton of supplements. I know pretty much what I want to do but I have people trying to talk me into kre-alklyn and I have been reading about creatine hcl does any one have some good advice about the different creatines thank you.

No need to load creatine mono just take 3-5 grams per day. AAEFX is my favorite creatine mono because i don't get bloated on it and have been getting great results with it for over two years now. I absorb it better than any other creatine ive tried. Not everyone has issues with bloating though.

Allmax creatine mono is pretty much the best deal. You can get a year's worth for $20. 3-5g a day, and you'll have zero issues with bloating. Bloating only comes from using too much. After about a month, you can take 3g just on workout days and you'll be good.

Basically bag Kre -alkyn. Just use creatine monohydrate. its what researchers test.
You dont need to load. just use 3 g/ per day (maintenance phase dose)
I dont think you need "a ton" of supplements.
