I'm quite the newb, so take any advice with a grain of salt, but perhaps it's time for a deload? or run a week @ 70% Sometimes a slight step back is enough to get you to plow forward.

Took 3 days off from gym recently, as well as diet "break" (eating at maintenance for 2.5 weeks). Was not hoping for any of these gains, but it is nice. Just trying to lift as heavy as I can. Eating at a 600 calorie deficit, so not expecting anything much. Can't wait to bulk. Probably will happen in another ~20 lbs or whenever the mirror tells me I should...
Good luck on your lifting, it's addicting when you see new things in the mirror. I <3 veins.

Thank you, been trying really hard!! Though I think I've realised this will never "end" per se, there will always be something else to work on lift & aesthetics-wise.

Results up afer 3pm today. (I wonder whose timezone that is). I need to get my act together - I dreamt about it last night!
I hope you win! I really, really, really mean that! I think it's gonna be between you and Ellybelle. That's just how I feel about it. What do you think? Although, a couple of the ladies bulked well. As in, they put on weight without putting on fluff. Hard to bulk w/o adding body fat, and it seems like they did that well. I guess it depends what the judges were looking at!

As for who wins, it's all up to what the judges are going to decide off of.. If it's just looks then Elly's height gave her a huge advantage because she looks the most changed, but if it's lbs/inches wise I hope I get it >< All-around, who knows. We shall see. The bulking ladies are crazyyy! Can't wait to eat that much food! lol
