So I am hoping that someone else might be able to give me some advice a problem I have at the minute. Whenever I go running, after about a mile, my lower back starts to feel really tight and painful. I always make sure I warm up fully before I go out for a run.
I deadlift fine with no pain and also never have any problems during training (boxing etc.), starting to think it may be posture related.
Anyone had this problem before or can give me any ideas on how to beat this?
