My next cut goal which is extremely far away whenever i find motivation would be to be the BF% i had at 170 but at 175. I just want to put a little on my biceps and calves and I'd be good.
Getting to 185 is easy, ive been 192 at my heaviest (over dirty bulked, had moobs). I love to eat, literally, all day, no one eats like me, my friends think im inhuman.

front delts I hit with chest so i dont isolate them.
my shoulder day goes somethin like this
behind the neck press - 95, 125, 145, 145, 165 (every day i start with 5 sets of whatever workout)
dont know the name but i stand up, hold dbs in my hands, bend over slightly, and raise them up outwards from my sides - 25, 30, 30, 30
outward cable lifts (again no idea the name)
shoulder machine or upright rows (same system)
now and then ill throw in some delt fly type **** or face pulls to hit the back delts if i feel like it.
you get the idea. But my shoudler day is only for side delts. I hit front on chest automatically and I hit back delts on back day automatically. the side is isolated on shoulder day because it otherwise gets no attention and the medial delt is the delt that gives the fullness and roundness you want.Foolish and wretched is the man who builds his happiness on the frail and unstable affection of a woman.

i was obese in 8th grade. Im talkin 5'5-5'6ish at 180 all fat. I did keto and lost 40 pounds in 2 months over 8th to 9th grade summer vacation. I said to myself "im fat as ****, im never going to get laid in high school if i stay fat" and that was the motivation. First day of high school all the chicks were like WTF happened to you OMG you look sooo good! Hell yes. But then I was too skinny and about 2 years after that i started lifting.

I only do cardio like 3 times a week for 2-3 miles max if that.
My metabolism is extremely weird in the sense that I retain everything. I need very little food to maintain, and bulking is easy for me. At 1400 calories on keto I maintain muscle mass/strength but i lose endurance. So for example if im benching 225 10 times regularly it will drop in reps but not in weight.
