Ok so I now have diet I'm going to try it is as listed let me know guy all the feed back will be much appreciated
It is as follows_
Breakfast 1 1cup of oats and 1 scoop protein
Breakfast 2 5 oz chk
Snack 1 scoop protein 1 hard boiled egg 1 banana
Lunch 5 oz chk
Snack 2 1 scoop protein 2 hard boiledeggs 2 oz chk
Diner 5 oz chk 1 cup of steam broccoli
Bed time snack 1protein shake
All protein is water mixed all chk is.grilled the brand.of.protein is body fotress until I can afford optimum I also am take one non opti men capsule in the.morning.and.an fish oil capsule for.breakfast
I go to the.gym 4 times.a week.for 1.5 hr interval and cheat on Sundays plz lemme know anyone.what they think.the.results.of.this.diet and.training.will provide
