So I have been lifting for 2 years now, I started out a scrawny 135'r and now i am 155lb's(5ft-11) of bronze steel and sex appeal! The thing is I bought a set of dumbbells for like $500 at my house. I have been using them for those years making great progress. See just 2 month ago I have been going to the gym (power house) and so I have just started doing bench, squat, and dead lifts. I have been benching like 4 times, only squatted once, and it was a stabilization machine lol. And I have dead lifted 6 times, but I used the hexagon bar. My bench is 175x4 (wide grip) my dead lift is 305x5 (hexagon bar) and I don't have a clue what my squats are. Is this any good for my weight? and am I silly for going 2 years without these lifts?
