Nursing a strained tri/tendon..(entire back workout pulling only by my WRIST STRAPS> UGH. sounded like a good idea in my head, to take all arms out. Just about pulled my arms off and out of sockets. no upper since Thursday!! Going to train smart and give it a few days. :/
