Summer school sucks. Been busy as hell and haven't got a decent workout in a week. Going to get jacked up on jack3d and want to get opinions on my workout and if i should add/take out anything
incline barbell bench press 7 reps x 5 reps
incline dumbell press 4 x 8 with last set being triple drop set
flat barbell bench press 3 x 8
incline dumbell flyes 3x8
close grip bench press 3x8
then finish off with 100 dips, 200 situps, 200 pushups circuit.
Doing too much? not doing enough?

how many days a week do you think u have train a body part?
I train every body prt 1 time a week.Thats sufficient and works for me. just cause you r in the gym longer doesnt mean anything.If your going to grow your going to grow.You either have genetics or not. Even if your training everybody prt 2 times a week being there 2 hrs a day and possibly with with a **** diet dont mean a thing.
4-5 days a week i train,with 2-3 days off a week.
Incline presses,incline flys,dips and flat presses is a great chest workout. Done in and out in 45 mins.Last edited by jay8899; 07-25-2012 at 11:36 AM.

thats what i was going to say.. i dotn like splits.I have always found a way to squeeze in 4 days no matter what.Even if i rush through my workout.I still hit it hard as i Ccan,. As for a split they can be long and grueling.I dont wanna be in the gym longer than i have to. Squeezing in that 4th days works great.For me that is.
Thnks man...and yeah,its way to much.
