Tired of boring old canned tuna? Have some extra time on your hands? Give these a shot. They're delicious, high protein, and delicious.
Obviously canned tuna is still good if you're on the go, but if you're in no rush you won't be disappointed.
Calories and macro's: (tuna burgers only, bun/bagel/whatever you may choose to use not included)
270 calories
7g of fat
44g of protein
11g carbs
*note, If cutting and watching carbs they still taste amazing with no bun. Use whatever condiments you'd put on a burger and eat up!
Step 1: Whisk one egg
Step 2: Add the tuna and mash with a fork into the egg, add 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs, add chopped onion(optional)
Step 3: Form into two balls (two cooks better than one huge one)
Step 4: Lightly coat a skillet in olive oil, preheat on medium
