Once again, the document from the Rockefeller Foundation does not include any sort of predictions, it deals with scenario planning and the role that philanthropies would take under each of the scenarios. All of the scenarios are completely made up and one of them has happened already, on page 30 it states that the global economy will turn the corner in 2011. Good thing the global economy has been strong since 2011, or I guess it is still struggling.
