Does foam rolling make anyone feel more sore? I squatted on Monday, then foam rolled my legs and back yesterday. Today I feel even more sore than yesterday. I don't know if it is from the foam rolling or just still feeling the affects from Monday. Oh and I charged my camera and gonna wear my singlet when I go to squat in a hour so I can get a good check on depth.

Look me in the eye. It's okay if you are scared, so am I, but we are scared for different reasons. I am scared of what I willn't become, you are scared of what I could become. Look at me! I will not let myself end where I started, I will not let myself finish where I begin. I know what is within me, even if you can't see it yet. Look me in the eyes, I have something more important than courage, I have patience. I will become what I know I am.

Because I was sore and the foam roller caused more soreness, doesn't mean that was why I was foam rolling. I was foam rolling because I read about knee pain and how tight quads can cause pain in the quadriceps tendon. So I decided to foam roll my quads and everything else while I was at it. But I woke up today more sore than yesterday, just wondering if it was because of the foam rolling or some other variable.

You're always more sore the second day, so that may have a bit to do with it. And the first few times you foam roll, it definitely could make you more sore. Once you get used to it you won't go back.
