Starting Doggcrapp today to switch it up for the summer; got 15 weeks of freedom from school and want to switch it up. I was doing a pul/push/legs split 6x week with Thursdays off. Going to be doing these lifts:
Chest – Incline Hammer Strength Press, Incline DB Press, Incline Smith Machine Press
Shoulders – BTN Smith Machine Press, Arnold Press, Wide Grip Upright Row
Triceps – Reverse Grip Bench Press, Reverse Grip Straight Bar Pulldown, Close Grip Smith Machine Press
Back Width – Wide Grip Pull Ups, Lat Pulldowns, Rack Chins
Back Thickness – Pendlay Rows, T Bar Rows, Deadlifts
Biceps – bb curl, incline db curl, CG Straight Bar Cable Curl
Forearms – Hammer curl, Pinwheel Curl, Reverse Grip EZ bar curl
Calves – Seated Calf Raise, Standing Calf Raise, Hack Squat Calf Raise
Hamstrings – Seated Leg Curl, Stiff Legged Deadlifts, Glute Ham Raises
Quads – Leg Press, Squats, Hack Squats
Starting weight is 168lbs, goal is to reach 180lbs by August 25 and increase my Squat and Deadlift
Squat 315 – 365
Deadlift 455 - 500
Day 1 5/20/13
Started Day 1 today with workout A
Incline Hammer Strength Press 45 on each side 8,5,5 (18) and held 45s for a 30 sec stretch
BTN Smith Machine Press 25 on each side 8,5,3 (16) and held the stretch for 30 sec
Reverse Grip Bench 95 8,5,4 (17) and held a 30lb dumbbell for 30 sec
Wide Grip Pull-ups BW 8,5,3 (16) and used a dip belt with a 45lb plate for 30 sec
Pendlay Rows 8x135 11x95

Incline DB Press 55lbs 7, 4, 1 (12) 30 sec
Arnold Press 30lbs 8, 4, 3 (15) 30 sec
Reverse Grip Straight Bar Pushdown 40lbs 8, 6, 8 (22) 30 sec
Lat Pulldown 125;bs 8, 6, 6 (20) 30 sec
T Bar Row 70lbs 8, 5, 5 (18) 30 sec

Had a tennis tournament that got postponed til today so my workout kinda sucked. Lost in the semis to the eventual winner (starter for a top DIII school).
