    Is ErgoShred safe for women?

    Hello everybody

    I would like to get a fat burner to help me achieve my goals and I read really good reviews about ErgoShred from Ergogenix but I would like some more instructions on how to use it? I could not get a hold of the instructions online. Is is safe for women to take it?

    The instructions are located under the nutritional information (where the ingredients are). Yes, it is safe for women. Yes, it is a pretty quality product. I liked it a lot.

    Ok so what are the instructions of use? I don't have it so I can't look at it mtpaquette... How many caps? How long? Should it be cycled off?

    1-2 capsules twice daily would be a good place to start.

    After 8 weeks, a 2-3 week break would be good.
