This is the thread of winners.
This is were the odds are defied.
This is where we start the upset.
This is where champions are born.

And I frequently need to be kicked...and hugged...and be given fat free chocolate pudding from time to time.

So what's everyone doing to cut?
I personally am hoping back onto the IF train. I'm so pumped about it I've been back on it for 3 or 4 days now and it is so much better suited to my schedule. Makes everything so nice and easy. Plus I don't feel as hungry before and between meals. This is seriously helping with the little cheats that we're holding me back. I lost, I think, 20 lbs in the first two months of my cut using IF. Since then I've only lost 11 in 3 months. Needless to say progress has been a little more than nothing. I'm hoping the IF and this competition will kick my fat ass till its lean."The hardship of the exercises is intended less to strengthen the back than to toughen the mind. The Spartans say that any army may win while it still has it's legs under it; the real test comes when all strength has fled and the men must produce victory on will alone." (Pressfield,1998, p.78)

I've been steadily losing weight on an average of 10-12 pounds per month. Doing good with keto and busting my butt in the gym.

I'm not doing anything special. Eating healthy and exercising.
For cardio I like to use my treadmill at home and go on the highest incline and go for about 20 minutes. Sometimes my dog gets jealous though so I take him for a big walk by the river that lasts around 1.5 hours.
I don't count my calories when it comes to diet. I allow myself to eat as much healthy food as possible (its pretty hard to gain weight on carrots, apples, bananas and lean meats like chicken) and I know I'm usually in a deficit anyways because the cardio.
For weight training I have a bench and a bunch of different weights so I usually workout from home. I like to jump straight from my treadmill and hit the weights and then don't take any rest in between sets. Body weight exercises are my favorite. I like to jump from pushups to squats back to pushups back to squats ect ect. I don't think you need to push insane weight to get results. I've lost 30 pounds since March 15 and gained some muscle. My goal is to get under 10% body fat.. I'm going to cut the rest of summer and all of winter and hopefully I will get there by next summer. If it takes longer then whatever but I'm going to get there eventually.

It's basically just a meal timing thing. Basically you start eatin at lunch instead of a few hours earlier. Here is the IF bible lol http://www.leangains.com/.

I hurt my ankles 3 weeks ago and have been having trouble getting back in the gym on a regular basis. Counting on this competition to get my arse in gear.
