I heard that the supplement DIM can help me get rid of 'man boobs' because it lowers estrogen levels, is this true? I am staring my cut next month (mainly to try get rid of my man boobs) and I wondered if these could help me along the way?

Considering the OPs age, I don't think there's any need for these supplements.
OP,
Instead of a DIM supplement, eat broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and brussel sprouts every day. Not only will you get the broad range of helpful micronutrients (including DIM/I3C/Sulforaphane/etc), but they will also help you with your overall diet.
