So forgive my ignorance but..when you guys say you stack your supps, do you actually take them together? For instance, throw my pre workout serving in with my bcaa serving and mix?? Thanks, I know it's probably a dumb question lol.

You can definitely mix the BCAA's with your pre-workout if you want. I personally like mine right away in the morning or as an intra. And what people say "stack", it doesn't necessarily mean they take them all at once. It just means the collection of supplements they currently use throughout the day.
