Anyone had any problems with Forskolin?

There are limited studies on it, read that it should be safe but that is not certain. Has anyone had any side effects from it, good or bad?

Lean Xtreme and Prometheus Rising both gave me by far the WORST farts and most foul smelling dumps that I've ever experienced.

I believe it is due to the 95% extract, meaning I an using 30-35mgs at a time as opposesed to 250mgs of a 20% extract. I have gotten some bowl discomfort from lesser extracts(still good results though) that subsides.

No scoop. I suspended mine in oil using a 60ml bottle; taking doses with an oral syringe. I'd say go with what you will consistently use.
