    Anyone mix their own Pre-workout?

    Trying to move away from DMAA based products and I am sick of basically paying for proprietary blends.

    Mainly I have been running just Arginine, Taurine, and BCAA's. Sometimes a few caffine tabs.

    Basically I am wondering if anyone mixes their own and if so what do you put in yours?

    1.5g ALCAR
    1.5g L-tyrosine
    4g citrulline malate (but apparently 6-8g is better)
    200mg caffeine if needed

    I take beta alanine and creatine in the morning with breakfast, don't really consider them preworkout ingredients. Agmatine and nitrates are great if you really enjoy pump training.

    Yeah it pretty crazy. Since I started mixing my own pre workout I have had the best pump and crazy aesthetic veins.
