    Question lack toast and intolerant mass gain suppliment, help much needed

    hi all members,

    i thought i would join this site as a lot off people at the gym have told me members on here are helpfull and like to share there knowledge.

    so am trying to bulk but i seem to have a high intolerant to milk (stomach cramps, gas, explosive diarrhoea ) so i am looking for a mass gain supliment which wont give me the runs. was told Reflex instant mass is suitable for lack toast intolerant people?

    Your help would be highly appreciated

    First do what he said ^^^ and if you continue to have these cramps etc. seek out alternate forms of protein, egg, soy, etc. I alternate between soy and why because I can't tolerate extended use of whey.

    what i usually will do when i need to get a lot of calories in is blend whey, oats, and peanut butter. the amount of each you'll need will have to be determined by your macronutrient goals...

    yh the only problem with that is i work 9.5 hours a day and i have no time to make fresh shakes i have tried in the past to make the shake in the morning and take to work but the taste is so bad it makes me heave and i stopped within 2days

    A good portion of members work just as many hours, if not more, and still find the time. If you're serious about your goals, I'm sure you can make it work.

    This. I leave my house at 420 and get home around 700 on a good day. If you are serious about your goals youll make room for the nutrition.

    Not aware of any mass gainers that use toast. You don't need toast to gain mass.
