    Stats:
    Age: 27
    Height: 5'11
    Weight: 255
    Goal: 235

Workout Split This split Is pretty much from p90x I just removed the weight workouts and replaced them with my own along with a few others. While I do want to get shredded my main goal of now is to drop the extra weight so there is a lot of cardio. (tips on better routine welcomed!!!) I do switch them around after a few weeks like chest/shoulder instead of chest/back.

    1. cardio am chest and back in the pm
    2. cardio am plyometrics in the pm
    3. cardio am shoulders and arm in the pm
    4. rest (I usually add in cardio)
    5. cardio am and yoga in the pm (yes, yoga I was surprised how much I loved it so it stayed)
    6. Legs and back
    7. rest (I usually add in cardio)

    Supplements
I'm pretty new to supplements so what I use is basic.

    Whey
    Fish Oil
    Multivitamin
    HgH Pro

    Nutrition

My meals are different everyday, but the main goal is to stay in a calorie deficit and to hit macros.

    Day 1

I took the 1 Super HD pill around 11am drank a few glasses of water and got ready to do my morning cardio. Now I usually use another product and you can usually feel it right away. You feel full of energy and you have the focus but you also have those jitters. So Super HD finally hit and I felt focused and I was motivated and it felt natural! I did 45 min of cardio which was a mix of plyo and running/jog. The sweat was pouring and I was able to keep pushing without any sort of crash.

After I finished I had my first meal of the day which I really could of skipped since my appetite was being suppressed very well! (Usually on the other pill I'd have cravings, but would easily resist) I pretty much forced myself to eat this time.I'm pretty tolerant to stims and I also stopped taking another stim to replace it with this one so my tolerance was already high. Anyways finished my workout and ate my first meal I could have relaxed but I was still full of energy so I cleaned up the house.

    Around 5:30 ish

Now because I got my bottle a little later in the day I didn't bother with a 2nd pill and because I still had energy from the first one. I did my entire chest routine with full energy and focus.

    Chest

Flat DB Press: 3 sets 4-6 reps
Incline BB Press: 3 sets 4-6 reps
    Dips: 3 SETS 4-6 reps
Machine Flies 3 sets 4-6 REPS

    Back
    Pull ups (different variations)
Bent Over Barbell Rows: 3 sets of 4-6 Reps
Straight Arm Push Downs 3 sets of 4-6 reps

Had a great day on Super HD and what I loved most about it was it felt natural it didn't have the jittery effects or any kind of crash. I still wasn't hungry around dinner time but I ate anyways. So far on day 1 I'm much more impressed than the other product I'm using. We will see how the following days are.

I'd also like to thank MikeCellucor and gerge28 they've done a great job answering questions and keeping us up to date with the give away. Very impressed!

    Day 2

    8:30am
Had my first pill ready for when I woke up because I always feel sluggish in the morning. I let it set in as usual and then I started my plyo workout, this is the hardest cardio workout for me in the week so I really wasn't looking forward to it. Once again same feeling as yesterday a nice natural burst of energy and focus. I was able to complete the plyo workout without any type of modification which I'm very proud of because I'm usually beat by the half way mark and just dead tired. I took my whey protein shake and had a kale shake after and I'm not hungry or tired at all. I'm going to make my first meal in about an hour and keep this thread updated with the rest of the day.

    11:15am

Okay all finished with the meal I made I actually found this recipe on another thread last night which you can find here
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=144077261I will be eating this for dinner too =) also all pictures are from his thread.

I have no hunger on Super HD which surprises me because I usually over power the product. I literally have to force myself to go and make myself a meal other wise I'd be just drinking water all day. I'm still full of energy but it does come and go I've noticed. It's like it adjusts to me if I'm sitting down watching tv it will settle and I will feel normal if I get up and do something that energy is back. I also took longer to go to bed last night but nothing terrible. Still haven't felt any jitter or after effects. Very pleased!

    2pm

Taking second Cellucor Super HD pill no jitters or crash off the first pill. Just felt like my regular self. Still had energy but hunger was creeping in. I still feel the focus off the first one too which is good.

    4:10pm

About to head out and do some cardio Focus and energy is high can't wait to knock this one out. Hunger vanished right after 2nd Cellucor Super HD I'll most likely have to force myself to eat come dinner time.

    6:00pm
Had a great workout really pushed myself with plyo earlier and this cardio today. Not craving food but I got my last meal in. Going to take it easy now. I still feel focused and have energy it should wear out by the time I head to bed. While on Super HD I have noticed the rate I drink my water is more frequent I usually drink around a gallon a day and I'm already past that.

    teriyaki beef and rice

1)cook some rice. boil in bag is easiest but not the cheapest-2 bags=2 cups uncooked or 4 cups cooked

    2) while your rice is cooking chop your veggies: various peppers, onions, garlic

3)brown some meat-this is 2 ponud of 95/5- for this dish i like to use 1lb of meat per bag of rice

4)when the meat is nearly browned drain the extra fat- pour it into a plastic cup or something before u throw it in the trash- if you pour it down the drain it can clog, if you pour it right into the trash it can melt your bag
5)throw in veggies and seasoning- crushed red pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, ginger powder, hot sauce, teriyaki sauce and soy sayce (all of these are not needed). cook for a couple minutes until the veggies start to soften up a little.

6)put the rice in and add more teriyaki and soy sauce

    Day 3

    8:30am

Took the first pill this morning same effects tolerance is about the same still hits me with the right amount of energy and focus. What I love is the hunger suppressant I haven't taken anything that has matched the amount Cellucor Super HD suppresses. I was already a week into another product and hunger would overcome rather quickly the longer I took it. I figured that would carry over with me using Cellucor Super HD, but it hasn't and I'm loving it because hunger is what usually gets me when I'm trying to cut. A snack here and a snack there would just add up and then I'd mess up the entire day. I have yet to feel any amount of jittery effects that I experienced with the other product I used.

    10:00am

Started my cardio this morning and had great energy the entire time. I'm really feeling yesterdays workout though and I'm a little sore but it's the good sore knowing I pushed myself. I've still got an amazing amount of energy and focus, and like always I'm not hungry at all and will force myself to have my meal. I'm thinking of changing to the more fasting type diets since hunger is so easily controlled on Cellucor Super HD. I will do my weigh in once a week to see the difference in weight loss compared to past products.

    2:02pm

Okay hunger is creeping in again so I found the perfect schedule for myself. I was able to fall asleep right on time last night compared to the first night. I still have the focus and my energy is low (compared to being on Super HD I feel normal and have more than enough energy to go one with my day) My sister also wanted to give this a try so I gave her a a couple to sample and see how she reacts. I've been reading about people being warm on it but I haven't felt any of that. I honestly feel like my regular self just with more energy and focus. More than anything it's the hunger suppressant I love, and the fact that I've had no jittery effects or crashes for the 3 days I've been on Cellucor Super HD.

    5:42pm

Headed to 2nd workout feeling great energy is high but not over whelming, but I'm definitely ready for a workout. Starting a little late today. Hunger is under control and focus is still high.

    8:00pm

Had a great workout today did shoulders and arm my favorite of the week and really destroyed the workout lots of energy and focus the entire time. My hunger did creep in right after the workout which was perfect. Still not signs of jitters/crashing/warm body feeling. Day 3 and I still feel like regular me just with more energy and focus. Tolerance level seems about the same but I'll know at the end of the week. Also was drinking a lot of water like the past couple days, cause my mouth has been very dry.

    Shoulders

Military Press: 3 sets 4-6 reps
DB Press: 3 sets 4-6 reps
Lateral Raises: 3 sets 10 reps
Upright Rows: 3 sets of 4-6 reps
DB Shrugs: 3 sets of 4-6 reps

    Arms

Ez bar curls: 3 sets 4-6 reps
Incline db curls: 3 sets 4-6 reps
Hammer Curls: 3 sets 4-6 reps
    Skullcrushers: 3 sets 4-6 reps
cable pushdowns: 3 sets 4-6 reps

    Meals

I had left overs from last night for dinner and some tuna during lunch, also made a kale shake.

    Day 4

    8:30am

Took my Cellucor Super HD this morning even though it's an off day, figure it is a good time to try the IIFYM diet since Super HD is amazing with hunger suppressant.

    11:00

Was full of energy so I did some cardio was very thirsty, but I did great during the workout. Still got a lot of energy from it but I'm feeling more tolerant and might increase the morning to 2 pills now. None of the symptoms other people have felt (warm body) Hunger is in control no cravings at all. No jitters or crashes coming into day 4 and I still feel like my normal self. On the other pills I took you definitely felt a jittery effect the entire time. I'm positive I will switch over if it matches up with the weight loss. I will do my weight in on the 1st and compare.

My sister took a Cellucor Super HD yesterday and told me that she didn't feel anything, like the appetite suppressant and didn't get much energy off it. Not sure if she's just more tolerant, but I will give her 2 pills for the morning and let her tell me how it did for her.

    1:00pm

Tomorrow I will do 2 pills for sure the energy/focus/suppressant is almost completely gone which is an hour quicker than yesterday. I'm going to take a 2nd Cellucor Super HD now and then possibly do another cardio session later in the day.

    5:00pm

Second Cellucor Super HD did the job energy/focus/suppressant going strong. Cooked some chicken and brown rice and some broccoli. Mouth is very dry and I've been drinking a fair amount of water. Going to do some cardio and then I'll eat dinner. I also plan to cook these Turkey meatloaf muffins for tomorrow, will most likely only make 2 of the muffins and the rest as a whole.

    7:25pm

Had a great cardio session and was soaked when complete! I'm really tired right now but still super focused and not hungry at all. I can't say enough how amazing the hunger suppression is on Cellucor Super HD. If you have trouble controlling cravings than this is the perfect product for you. My house is filled with snacks that I'd usually fail at resisting like oreo cookies, but it's been really easy these past few days.

Almost the end of day 4 and I still haven't felt jitters or anything close to crashing. While I felt my tolerance was getting higher I don't feel the need to move on to 3 pills anymore I just need to take the 2nd one sooner. Like I said before I feel like my normal self while on Super HD just with more focus and energy, other than my mouth always being dry but you should be drinking water anyways.

Might have to get some gum, I've got a huge water bottle so I don't always have to get up and refill. It's 64 ounces and has a filter on it which I love.

This is my first log and I have no idea what to put but hell if it gives you views and convinces one person to try it out then it's well worth it.

That meat and rice concoction looks delish. Reps for it.

    2 questions though:

    1. You got constipation? Cuz I do.
    2. Is it just me, or is it less of hunger "supression" and more of a craving control type thing and ability to not eat as much? Cuz that's what I got.

    Subbed btw.

    1. No constipation at all I drink a kale shake everyday which might be the reason why.
    2. Yes! My cravings are destroyed and I've found I don't really want to finish my meals but I do it anways. I'm trying to stick as close to my diet as possible so I can actually compare it to the other product I was using. It would be really easy for me to skip all my meals which is why I tried the IIFYM diet cause of the fast. Cals and macros will all be the same.

Hopefully this can help you with your constipation.

    Day 5

    8:30am

I took my first Cellucor Super HD and it woke me up really quick!Like most of the other reviews I've read I also noticed extra sweat dripping off me during workouts, but today will really make it more noticeable with yoga. Yes, yoga one of the workouts in p90x that I loved, now I went into it like everyone else laughing, but trust me it's very hard especially when you haven't worked on your flexibility as much as everything else.

    10:30am

I finished my morning cardio and Cellucor Super HD does the job with the energy I'm able to do amazing workouts and push myself. The focus you get on Cellucor Super HD can get really intense sometimes too you will just zone in on what you're doing whether it's doing some squats or playing a video game.

My appetite is well under control and it usually is until 2-3pm and I'm talking no cravings at all. I could easily go longer after that but with the second Super HD I don't have to worry about that lol. (Cravings come in around 2-3pm but it's not like an over whelming I need to eat feeling it's more of a "maybe I'll make a sandwich type deal) Mouth has been dry on Super HD but it's easily handled just by drinking your daily amount of water, so that doesn't worry me at all.

    2:15pm

Unlike yesterday the Super HD is still pretty strong, but I'm going to take the 2nd pill right now anyways because if I wait any longer I'll most likely be up longer than I want to. Focus and energy is high and I've had no cravings at all. None of the body warmth others described either. Keeping hydrated and going to make me a kale shake. No jitters or crashes yet. If the weight loss holds with the other product I've tried than I'm making the switch like I said in my other posts.

    6:30pm

Just finished yoga up not too long ago and I was drenched after. The focus really helps with yoga because a lot of it is holding poses so just having one foot out of position can effect the entire stance and cause you more work. The energy was high I was able to stretch out further and hold poses longer. Super HD provided a nice constant energy during the entire hour and a half workout. Hunger was suppressed the entire day and I was able to hit all my macros while still having some cals left over. I'll weigh in on the first and then give my review.

Here is part of the workout only I'm not doing it as well as the people in the video and some push ups are added in between the different stances. It looks easier than it actually is!

For anyone that wants a nice quick treat you should check out this Zoku quick pop maker. It freezes what ever you put inside right before your eyes.

    Day 6

    8:30am

Took Cellucor Super HD same time as always and then started to clean a bit. As always Super HD gave a nice boost of energy and focus. You get really focused on Super HD I just zone in on what I'm doing. I'm not good with food in the morning so I usually don't have an appetite, but Super HD controls that anyways when the cravings set in later.

    10:00am

Had to clean a bit more so Super HD has set in for awhile already, about to head out and do my morning cardio. Still full of energy and focus!Hunger/cravings have not set in at all. Still no signs of the warm body feeling others have had, keeping hydrated and feeling fresh! Not sure what I'll have for a meal today maybe something exciting like chicken. =P

    1:50pm

Another great cardio session while on Super HD no complaints at all so far about this product. I've had no jitters/crashes or bad experiences while on Super HD. Overall this products most impressive features is the appetite control. While on Super HD I have zero cravings. Like I've said before I can usually over power the product with my cravings but the past few days while on Super HD it's been in complete control. The energy is really good on you feel normal and when it comes down you still feel like yourself. While on Super HD you will notice the increased focus because you just zone in on everything you need to do.

I'm going to take my second Cellucor Super HD right now and prepare myself mentally for leg day lol. Weigh in is in a couple days I can't wait to see how I do. I've kept almost everything the same workout/diet wise so the only real difference will be Super HD.

    7:00pm

Got side tracked so I haven't done legs yet, still full of energy so I'm gonna go out now. I made some of that teriyaki beef and rice again it's easy to prepare and it's quick. I'll be having the left overs tomorrow! While I wasn't hungry I went ahead a bit earlier. Going to go destroy legs now. I always get side tracked on leg day.

    9:30pm

I finished leg day!!! I don't know why I always put off leg day till the end of the night cause once I start it isn't as bad. It's all in the head!Anyways I've pretty much finished my entire workout split and from what I've seen Cellucor hasn't interfered with any of them. I sweat a lot more more while on it and in a few of the other work outs I feel it's help enhance it (mainly yoga) Not once have I felt any signs of jitters or crashing and it's easy to find the best routine to take Super HD. I've found one in the morning and one around 2pm will control all cravings. My tolerance which I feel is pretty high has stayed the same while on Super HD and 2 pills a day has been perfect.

While on Cellucor Super HD I was pretty much sold on the 3rd day with the amount of control it had on my appetite, (which is what I always look for first when buying this kind of product) and none of the side effects like crashing. The last thing to see is the weight lost which will be done on the first.

    Legs

    Squats: 3 sets 6-10 reps
    Hamstring Curls:3 sets 6-10 reps
Leg Extensions: 3 sets 6-10 reps
    Calf Raises: timed about 1min
    lunges: timed about 1min

Tomorrow is suppose to be a rest day but I'll be doing some cardio in the morning I'm thinking of taking the bike out and going along one of the trails here. Later in the day I want to do a deck workout with (jumping jacks/pushups/situps/squats) or give this one a try.

    Day 7

    8:30am

First Cellucor Super HD taken and it was just what I needed this morning I was really feeling sluggish. Got that nice burst of energy soon after! Tomorrow I will check weight and see how it compares to other products.

    10:30am

Awesome energy right now still really focused and hunger hasn't set in at all! I'm gonna go do some of my cardio right now. It should be a rest day but I feel fresh and fully recovered so I'll def do that deck workout tonight or maybe hit the weights.

    2:30pm

Had some awesome cardio today! Really felt great and full of energy I think this was the best of the week. I was not hungry at all, but ate some of the left overs. I'm going to take my second Super HD and that should hold any cravings for the rest of the day. No jitters or crashing.

After a week Cellucor Super HD has the same results day in and day out. High amounts of energy through out the day amazings focus and amazing appetite control. Tolerance level is easily adjusted without keeping you up all night. I've got nothing bad to say.

    7:00pm

This officially ends my workout split for the week ended it with a deck workout and was sweating like crazy! Great energy the entire time! Haven't felt jittery/crash effects the entire week while on Cellucor Super HD. Focus was intense and kept me on target. Energy was high letting me put out as much as I can with workouts. Hunger was controlled allowing me to get in just the right amount of macros while staying in a calorie deficit.

If you're looking for something that will control your appetite Cellucor Super HD is perfect! It destroys any cravings you'll have. It gives you a nice steady stream of energy the entire day while leaving you feeling normal and not wired!

There is an app for most phones called myfitnesspal it's a great way to keep track of your cals and macros it also has a similar progress tracker like the one here on bodyspace. It also has a scanner so you can quickly log what you've eaten.

    Day 8

    8:30am

I took my first Cellucor Super HD this morning and weighed myself and I lost 3 1/2 pounds which is about the same weight loss I've had with other products. To be honest though I feel I've lost more because I feel full right now and I think there is extra water weight on me. Either way I'm sold and will make the switch to Cellucor Super HD. I'm going to continue the log and keep track because some weeks are better than others for me, but I'm always happy with the pounds lost because I don't want to lose too much too fast. I'm not doing anything too extreme. Overall I'm very happy with Super HD mostly with the appetite control.

    11:00am

Super HD is still going strong I'm gonna head out for some cardio soon then eat. Keeping everything the same this week, not sure what lunch/dinner will be.

    1:00pm

As always had a great cardio session while on Super HD! You really notice the sweat running off while on it. Didn't really want to make anything too big for lunch so I just went with a salad and a piece of chicken. Here is the dressing recipe I used. I usually cheat with dressing but this one isn't too bad. Super HD is still going strong so I may wait an hour or so before taking my next one.

    3 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 small squirt of Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1-2 cloves finely minced garlic
1/2 tsp each of thyme, basil and oregano
    salt and pepper to taste

    4:45pm

Going to head out and do chest in a few, still have a nice burst of energy and focus. No hunger or cravings the entire day. Really pumped to get this one out of the way.

    7:30pm

Feels like my tolerance has increased I still got lots of energy and focus, but I started to get really hungry towards the end of my work out. It may be the meal I had earlier I'll see tomorrow with the same routine. It didn't effect the workout but I definitely rush home for a meal! Today was chest and back, and I know I'm gonna be hurting tomorrow!

    Chest

Flat DB Press: 3 sets 4-6 reps
Incline BB Press: 3 sets 4-6 reps
    Dips: 3 SETS 4-6 reps
Machine Flies 3 sets 4-6 REPS

    Back
    Pull ups (different variations)
Bent Over Barbell Rows: 3 sets of 4-6 Reps
Straight Arm Push Downs 3 sets of 4-6 reps

    Meal

Some Mexican porkchops with some steamed zucchini.

To be honest it's not as bad as it looks you can definitely tell that it's a green drink. It pretty much tastes just like a salad but in a shake form, but there are different recipes that can change the taste to something more sweet via fruit.

    Day 9

    8:30am

Took two Cellucor Super HD today figured I'll just increase dose since it will lead to it soon, and I'm going to do plyo first today and that always kicks my ass and burns off a lot of energy.

    11:15am

Feeling just about right to go and do my workout. Haven't had cravings per usual on Super HD energy and focus are really high right now. Into day 8 I still haven't had a crash or jitter effect so I think it's safe to say I won't experience at all for the remainder of the bottle. I'm really happy about that and since the weight loss was better, the switch will be made the next time I buy another bottle. Time to go knock this plyo out and figure out what to eat after.

I'm also thinking about making this carrot cake it looks so good!

    3:30pm

Another amazing workout was full of energy the entire workout when I'm usually beaten with plyo! I ate a a turkey sandwich and about to take the 2nd Super hd now. Wasn't hungry at all but I needed to get that meal in. Also had a kale shake so I was extra full. So I waited a bit longer to take the 2nd pill.

    2 slices whole-grain bread
    2-3 slices fat-free cheese
    3-4 slices deli turkey breast
    Mustard and fat-free mayo
    316 calories, 36 g protein, 34 g carbs, 4 g fat

    8:30

Did cardio around 6pm same results as always full of energy and focus, hunger did't really hit until around dinner time so that worked out well. I am noticing I'm much more tolerant of it as it's starting to wear earlier. (energy & focus) It's not terrible because I'm able to control myself until the second pill and I want it to finish around bed time so I'm liking the current schedule I have with it.

Also it's a sad day for me my favorite Charger growing up passed away! RIP Junior!

Yes! I always see stuff like that I want to make but I always end up making sludge instead. I'll post a link in the log below if you don't know what it is.

    Day 10

    8:30am

I took 2 Cellucor Super HD this morning. Was feeling very hungry this morning but I did not eat because when I do eat in the morning it upsets my stomach for the rest of the day. May of been because I stayed up really late last night. (I got caught up watching a documentary) I was very tired put I wanted to finish what I was watching. I let Super HD kick in as always and I was filled with the energy and focus Super HD has always given me.

    10:30

Still going strong while on Super HD hunger hasn't crept up at all I'm about to do some cardio then eat my first meal. It will most likely be a meal I get from bodybuilding.com due to the fact I'm a terrible cook and they give great instructions on how to prepare a meal. Energy and focus is still going strong still haven't felt the body warmth people talk about, but I do have the increased sweating while working out. Feeling great and have yet to have any side effects other than the dry mouth which has pretty much vanished in the last couple days.

    1:50pm

Had some crazy cardio right now was about to puke, first time in a few feeling like that. It wasn't due to anything just pushing myself as hard as I can. Feels really good now! Energy and focus are low right now. (well I should say I feel normal compared to being on Super HD) I'm going to eat my meal then take the 2nd Super HD.

    lunch

    6-9 oz. extra-lean ground beef
    2 cups pasta
    3/4 cup broccoll
    700 calories, 60 g protein, 83 g carbs, 13 g fat

    8:00

Had some running around to do today so I just did some quick cardio and then I'll do shoulders and arm tomorrow. Still have a lot of focus right now but I don't really feel the energy like earlier. I already had dinner so hunger won't be a problem right now either. I'll keep the Super HD routine I have going right now since It gives me all the energy I need in the morning and then around 2ish I'm able to enjoy my lunch then have it under control again with the second Super HD. Tolerance is definitely getting higher but easily managed to work with your day/activity. I'm glad too because most of the time I get stuck laying in bed trying to fall asleep.

    sludge

My wife liked adding apples and carrot juice to her kale shakes, along with some vanilla Spirutein. It really tastes good, but making them tends to be time consuming when you're rushing to get out the door and go to work.

I do a mix like that too I put apples and kiwi in it, It still tastes like a plant but it's not bad going down at all.

    Day 11

    8:30

Took 2 Cellucor this morning same results as the past with energy and focus!

    12:00pm

I finished my cardio earlier with the same results but I definitely feel more tolerant to Super HD now. It's not as potent as it was during the first week of it. I may adjust it like others have done to where it's spread 3 times a day instead of 2 in the morning. Might go with one in the morning then another around now. Hunger hasn't been a problem at all so as long as that's in check I'm fine. I also may need to cycle off the stims since I was already using another product then switched to compare.

    6:00pm

Just got back from my workout had an awesome workout was great on energy and focus. Hunger was creeping up towards the end again but after my shake it was quickly set aside and I don't feel hungry at all right now. I might bbq today and enjoy a steak. Never mind going to watch The Avengers!

I'm really happy with Cellucor the no crash and jitters is huge but the appetite control is what sells to me.

    Shoulders

Military Press: 3 sets 4-6 reps
DB Press: 3 sets 4-6 reps
Lateral Raises: 3 sets 10 reps
Upright Rows: 3 sets of 4-6 reps
DB Shrugs: 3 sets of 4-6 reps

    Arms

Ez bar curls: 3 sets 4-6 reps
Incline db curls: 3 sets 4-6 reps
Hammer Curls: 3 sets 4-6 reps
    Skullcrushers: 3 sets 4-6 reps
cable pushdowns: 3 sets 4-6 reps

Yes it's been a struggle no doubt about that losing weight, the first time I did it I was doing it extreme and gained all my weight+more. Blew up to 300 pounds. Had a terrible diet and just ate a peanut butter sandwich a day. I'm doing it much more healthy now and not turning it into a race, slow and steady.

As for the Falcons I love MT, but any given Sunday! Especially with the Chargers if they're playing their A game then you're in trouble! They're a night and day team.

    Day 12

    8:30am

I took only 1 Cellucor Super HD and plan to spread the other 2 throughout the day. Was very sore this morning but once I get my body moving I'll be alright. The one Super HD is giving me the energy to actual move around this morning when I feel very lazy.

    11:25am

No hunger and lots of energy and focus on the one pill right now. I'll take the 2nd Super HD in an hour or after I do my cardio. I plan to just have a turkey breast salad for lunch.

    3:00pm

Took the 2nd Super HD at 1:00pm then did my cardio had an amazing workout was full of energy and focus. I think this one works out better because I was just filled with energy the entire workout and pushed myself. I didn't get hungry towards the end and I'm still feeling good. I'll take the 3rd Super HD in 30min or so that way I don't take it too late and end up staying up all night. Hunger is in complete control right now I just had a shake and I feel full. I think I'm going to stick to this routine for Super HD if I'm not up all night lol

    7:40pm

Did yoga today and I was sweating everywhere dripping on the mat! I really enjoy Super HD while doing yoga my poses are much more firm and I'm able to get them in deeper. The focus is just amazing while on it I'm able to just look at the footing and how my body is pointing. Energy was high the entire time and hunger was not a problem. I'm definitely going to keep the 3 pills separate instead of 2 in the morning. Even if it takes a bit longer to fall asleep I feel much better the entire day. I had some chicken and a baked potato and I couldn't resist some of the salsa and chips we have. I'm gonna sit back and enjoy the fight now!
