    supps

    Looking for a good stack for some mass gaining, diet is where i want it to be just looking for a good stack of supplements, last stuff i was on was hard on the liver had to get off.

    If your diet is where you want it to be then you don't need supplements. Supplements are used on top of regular eating because you can't reach your macros with food. If your diet is in check then it means you're hitting your macros fine and don't need supplements.
