Hey folks, I'm just wondering if you eat a good breakfast will that determine how well you will eat for the rest of the day? I'm not going by any studies or anything but the last few weeks I have only been eating 3 weetabix biscuits with a small bit of protein powder for milk. I'm almost always as hungry after the weetabix then I was before eating them. This I think then has me feeling hungry more or less throughout the day. Today I ate weetabix, an apple, some grapes and water melon and a bagel for breakfast(within about 45 mins of each other). I feel that was a bit much but I havent been getting 2 many craving throughout the day and 6 hours later I have only had a protein shake and a chicken breast and don't actually feel all that hungry. Sorry about the rant but can anyone tell me why this is and should I be doing this from now on?

Total daily intake of energy (calories) and micro/macronutrient sufficiency are what matter. In fact, there's no need to eat breakfast (as in a morning meal) if you don't want to. It's just a matter of personal preference as to when you eat and how you partition your nutrients, as long as you meet your daily intake goals.
