    Feeling biceps in DB shrugs

So today I did traps on my back/bi day (usually do them with legs/delts). I did my DB shrugs before my bicep work and got a fairly good pump in my bi's from doing the shrugs and then couldn't do my usual reps for EZ bar curls.

Does this mean i'm doing shrugs wrong? Should i not feel it in my biceps at all?

Was thinking maybe i've got too much of a bend in my arms when doing the shrugs.

    Edit: treefiddy posts. Awww yeah

Possibly the arms are bent a bit. I always keep elbows in and arms as straight as I can so I don't feel it hardly if at all in my biceps. A
So having your shoulders back a lil helps, not hunching forward or having shoulders forward helps.

Aiight i'll try keeping straighter arms and shoulders back more.

As for grip, i always find that it fails me after the first set or 2 and i hold the DB's pretty awkwardly. This might have something to do with it also?
