Cause i have nothing to take with me and at 2 i eat a gronola bar but when i wake up i take a proein shake & 1 slice of bread with peanut butter

youre 128 lbs. I semi agree, eat anything that has calories but try and eat low fat high protein food. your need to gain size and eating above maintanence is the only achieve this. Oh and make PB&J sandwiches instead of useless pop tarts. How about hard boiled eggs. Pack and apple. Sit down and research 5 min healthy snacks and stop just taking the easy way out. But hey depends how serious you are. Depends how much you wanna see a change in your body. And dont expect to see results overnight. it takes years.

Excessive amounts? You are not eating an excessive amount of anything if you hit your macros for the day. You are talking about a single meal, which doesn't amount to anything as long as he gets the correct amount of carbs, fat, and protein.

Eating pop tarts in moderation is fine but if you want to gain muscle mass quickly why the hell would you prefer a pop tart over a high calorie high protein food. No one can eat pop tarts everyday and expect to make amazing gains. Get some real food like eggs , chicken , etc. As long as you meet your macros you'll be fine.
