Hey guys, I'm new here and need all advice possible. Right now I'm 6 feet tall and 140 lbs. However as you can see, I'm skinny fat and very feminine looking. I'm going to talk to my doctor soon to see if I have kinefelter's syndrome, but barring that I do need advice. I've seen a lot of contradicting advice about whether to bulk or cut, whether cadio/lifting/both is best, I just don't know. I have practically no muscle and I really need help with diet and exercise advice, anything is appreciated.

If you have no previous weightlifting experience, I would try All Pro's Beginner Routine. You'll get the basics down and safely learn form and what not. At 140, you have very low lean body mass, so I believe you should bulk. Go to IIFYM.com and do the IIFYM calculator, while accounting for a 10 or 15% bulk. Those numbers it gives you for daily calories, fat, protein and carbs will be a good start.
Others will have better/more informed opinions than me, but this is my two cents. If you see it, you can lift it.
