haha all good and I am battling through some injuries myself but I know they are only strains and they are chronic so just trying to hold on.
You on the other hand just need to eat and be patient and you'll feel better very soon.
Lots of high rep rehab work and whatnot!the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

Thanks it's slowly getting back up there! wants me to 2 plates dammit! As long as the groin and shoulder behave I should have it in a couple months I think/hope.
The ball of lights is a place call science world. So it's a big giant orb filled with exhibits like dianosaurs, the weird bodies with no skin but all the muscle, they rotate through various things. Wish it was bigger, but still pretty cool. It's also get a hyoooooge curved imax theatre in the top of the orb.
That thing will make you dizzy but it's amazing.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

I want more vids!!
On your previous vid where you clean the weight, you thrust your hips through the bar. Instead, think about leading your pull with your shoulders. Do not lead your pull with your hips moving horizontally☆ ☆ QUEBEC CREW ☆ ☆

it is VERY crowded. It's why I am thinking of going to a new gym even though it's twice as expensive, but has multiple platforms and bumpers. But $100/month :/
And I feel strong on the clean, I just got the shankle arm bend going on lol. Minus the awesome amount of power he has. So that is always a work in progress. Was watching more pendlay videos last on on ways to cure the arm bend so it's slowly coming along.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.
