Okay...deadlift form needs some work ^^ I was told by Coach Brad that my butt is too low and that I should not be sitting back that far. I feel the reason why I did pull that way was because I was told to get my shoulders behind the bar, but I'm not going to worry about that anymore and pull however I can with my butt raised higher from the starting position.

Hey guys, this week is midterm week and I was feeling sick as hell the entire day =/ . Failed to get 3 minimum reps on the bench today and left the gym after the 5x10s. Hopefully I'll be able to get sum good rest and recover for Wednesday's deadlifts. Footage with improved form will be recorded

Hey fellaz, just got a new PR on my squat. Beat last cycle's number by 2 reps (190x5). Training/Diet wise everything has been going to plan, although I get extremely exhausted after training. Emotionally, I've been on the low end as of late...
