When you see facial changes?

I dropped from around 22% to 17% and still going but can't see a difference going to loose another 16-19 lbs and try reach 10-12%

I dont really know, but face changes specially when you are 20% or more fat at least for me.

Also you see yourself everyday on the mirror, ask other people who you meet once a month or less... Their opinion will be more accurate.

i saw differences when i was about high teens in bf%, and all of a sudden people who havent seen me in while said they couldnt reconize me, but everyone is different, some people tend to hold fat in their face more than others.

Everybody's different. The first place I lose weight is my face!!! Keep a photo journal so you can document your changes...otherwise, daniSP is correct: you see yourself every day and won't notice any difference!

Yeah it's true. I'm finally getting to the point where at about 15-16 % bf I can see changes in my face and other definition. Everyone varies on where and how they lose their fat, but I would say once you get down to 15-16% every 2-3 pounds you lose after that you can really notice a lot more vs when you are much higher BF%.

For me personally I noticed a lot of change in my face going from 17-19sh down to 15-16ish. Me at 17-19ish BF% was bad. Looking back at pictures from christmas I think I look like I have this huge head on this smaller sized body.

Myself personally seen it going sub 18%, I'm still trying to lose roughly 7kg or ~15 lbs of fat to be done with my cut, so I'm not sure if there will be much difference from my perspective. I'm guessing its based off the individual if anything (I'm still skinny fat, with the only remaining fat is my lower stomach/inner thighs/love handles).

Pic is my student cards from Uni; Left is ~104kg ~35%+ BF Feb 2011 (not even my biggest), Right is ~77kg ~18% (cut not even complete) Feb 2012. Roughly 9 1/2 Progress.

I had similar problem. I didn't notice any facial changes because I saw myself every day but other people did. Find some pictures of yourself when you were fattter.
