Was bored and hungry, but couldn't decide on what to eat so I mixed together a little bit of everything i wanted and I shall now refer to this as "Ghetto Pudding" and will probably eat daily
8oz plain 0% Chobani greek yogurt, 1 scoop Cytosport 100% Whey chocolate flavor (Costco), and 1TBSP Smuckers Natural PB. Mixed it all together in a bowl and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to get ice cold. Enjoy

Okay, I was a little upset about my weight staying the same this week, but I killed it in the gym today. I've been off 2 days and had an short (but damn tough) shoulder, calve and ab workout. Since I had a short workout I threw in a bench workout at the start and got a PB! 225x5 then 250x3. Still not too stout, but I've gone from 185x5, or 205x1 in Feb to that... all while dropping 35lbs! I'm happy

I hear that. I'm stuck at 199 at the moment because of this darn shoulder. I could have been 193-196 by now which sux. 12 more days left.
I think I may have to lower my caloric intake or do the cardio too.
edit: I may have spoken to soon, the scale is revealing 198 this morning.March 1st -June 1st Weight Loss:

Ok. I was able to do my regular chest workout and triceps today. also did abs and ran 4 miles. Finally getting back into my routine. Tomorrow will be back and biceps (chinups and pullups). Next days legs, rest, then next day time to tackle this shoulder.
right now, military presses, deadlifts, and bicep curls are out of the question as there is still some soreness. I don't do bicep curls anyway though, but I do feel deadlifts have been the foundation of my workout; kinda gives it that completeness.
In the next 31 days, it will be the first day of summer I believe. I'm going to get to 185 somehow.March 1st -June 1st Weight Loss:

I started dieting and weight training on february first when i found out i was 223 pounds and was obese. I'm 180 pounds now and i need to lose 35 more pounds to have a bodyfat percentage of 10 percent. Half of my classes in the coming up school year are strength or aerobic conditioning. I'm going to be 145 pounds when I start the school year, and when I finish that school year I'm going to be 160 pounds at 8 percent body fat with a whole lot of lean muscle mass.

You can right click on any picture that you find on the interweb, select "Properties," and copy the URL. Then, paste the URL between in your post. The picture will be embeded at that point. If you want to upload a picture from your drive, select "Go Advanced" from below the "Quick Reply" window and select "Manage Attachments." Upload your picture and attach it to your post. That won't get it to appear in your post, however, so selecy "Preview Post" and then open the attachment in another window so you can copy the URL and post it between the .
I've been walking around the house without a shirt on all day to strengthen my resolve to continue cutting. I'm on the right track..."It doesn't matter what exercise you do, but man was made to move, to eat sparingly, to work hard and to screw as much as he can manage. Do all that, and you will look as good as your genes will let you, be content as the arseholes around you will allow, and maybe get a few screws. The particular virtues of weight training are in the discipline it brings to both mind and body, and, if you do it right, it will make you look good naked and do well what you got your clothes off to do."
