Today was a rest day for me gents, went to the gym, stretched and swam a few laps then walked the 3.5m home. My computer isn't working it may take me a few days to get fixed..

-I don't know if it was my knee or not but I seriously had a bad DL day. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that instead of really sitting down on the weight and using my quads I tried to keep a slight bend in my knee with my butt up so I was activating my low back, glutes, and hamstrings... But I think because of my weakness in those areas I got tired faster...
For those of you who care, I am moving back to Wisconsin on the 10th of next month, and will be there till fall. So that means I can focus on my fitness goals a lot more!Athletics > Aesthetics

So as you may or may not know today was an off day for me. So I did a thing I call the gauntlet, you can do it on any machine theoretically, but i did it on a stationary bike.
What I did is I started on the first resistance setting and just hit +1 every minute, since there are 20 settings, it is a 20 minute workout, where I was going for distance. I got 4.12 miles, I wanted to give up at about setting 11 haha.
