Ask a guy who dun goofed on Keto anything.
Been busy working all day, so I pull a lazy and order wings and a 2L of diet pepsi for delivery.
However. they brought regular pepsi in a plastic bag. I drank 2 large glasses of it before realizing how tasty and not-diety it was. I dun goofed.

have done the same thing man, pepsi but thought it was pepsi max, i too noticed the taste but then i had that weird feeling on my teeth, thought i was gonna gain like 20lbs over night lol. dont sweat it.
