So I went to the doctor this past Tuesday and had some bloodwork done, just a standard yearly physical. Yesterday evening, my doctor called and informed me that my liver enzymes were high. My AST is 351 and the ALT is 164. He started naming off things that could cause this and really freaked me out. I've just recently in the last two weeks began working with a personal trainer and he put me on a high protein/low carb diet. I've been taking creatine and 40g of protein powder a day, along with Gat Jetfuel t-300. I worked legs pretty furious the morning of the bloodtest and I'm hoping I'm just worrying over nothing. Any one in here with any input?
