    Cutting diet when you're sick?

Is it safe to follow a cutting diet when you're sick/have a flu? Do you guys still continue on with your diet?

Personaly I would eat anything that makes me feel better and disregard diet until I get better. I would rather nourish my body and heal than undernourish (caloric deficit). Plus I don't have much of an appetite when sick so I end up losing weight either way.
    Eat, Sleep, Lift... Repeat...

Dont think too much about diet when you're sick. Best to just recover first then go back at it. No point in dieting if it's going to make you worse. Your overall health is a priority.
