Harry- haha ill do my best. To compete at 75 I still have to lose a kg or 2. I really need to bring up my deadlifts and bench. Cause my squat is record equalling at the moment. Deadlift is off by about 4 kg and bench by 3kg. And ya your height is kickin u in the balls. I've grown a small bit so I'm about 5'8 right now but weight isn't following..... Yet
Tom- haha ya that I think about it it is good enough news lol.
The bad thing is is that in not training any power lifting routines or anything. I've no idea what to do. I've just been doing deadlifts and squats like 5 or 6 times a week haha.

Good mornings:

Rotater cuffs:
1.25kg. 3 sets of 20.

Cardio:
20 mins on treadmill.
i also did some core...
Sheiko is the shiit... only day one and i can see good things already...

100kg x 6reps
140kg x 6 reps
180kg x 3 reps
200kg x 2 reps.
Easy
bench:
60kg x 12 reps
80kg x 8 reps
100kg x 2 reps (easy as fuk)
105kg x 1 reps. Too easy.
Can't wait to see what sheiko can do to my bench. Would love a 115kg bench
squats:
60kg x 5 reps
100kg x 6 reps
130kg x 3 reps
140kg x 2 reps
150kg x 1 rep
Took is easy, low rep ranges.
incline dumb bell bench:
35kg. 3 sets of 8
Very easy
dips:
4 sets of 10.
DB curls:
10kg - 7.5kg - 3 kg
12 - 15 - 20 rep supersets.
Arms dead
db shrugs:
22.5kg. 3 sets of 25.
cable flies:
60lbs. 40 reps.
