    I dont know about that being fine...I mean you'll be eating 60 g of fat. Assuming this is your only source of fat per day, I think it may be alright. However you'll be eating too much cholesterol, too much cholesterol cant be good for you.

    maybe not a dozen, but aroun 6-8.

    the misconception that dietary cholesterol affects you is an outdated myth. just look @ the keto diet.


    i think you should vary your protein sources though; eat some turkey breast, lean ground beef(only 4.5 g of fat, 1.5g of sat fat),
    95% lean ham, cottage cheese,whey shakes, etc.

    -of course if your doing low carbs you dont need to worry so much about the fat; but as for me, I need my carbs for sure. (keto kills me during workout)

    When I was younger, I would eat 4-8 eggs per day. My cholesterol level was pretty high (230 I think). Not long after seeing my doc, I cut the eggs and dropped some weight. My cholesterol level is about 90 right now.

    Does the body need some cholesterol? Sure. Does it need that much? No. The keto diet is a completely different animal and I'm not going to discuss that since I don't think you're on a keto diet. But, you're not going to convince me that high blood cholesterol is a good thing.

    u dont , try to cook them , but sometimes i dont have time so i down 6 whole eggs , its not a nice taste and its not good for u really cuz of the samellia (sp?)

    hi ate like some 540 eggs in 3 months...and i used to eat 10 egss/day before i did that for some 1 month........no stone no fhit..but the point is wt abt all u r previous life i.e from child hood abt cholestor etc....
    anyway...dont eat > 2 full eggs for day and u can eat unlimited whites unless u hav a really cool loo...
