    and nyquil. cause if it doesn't feel better, you can usually sleep it off

    that being said, I think my hips are in need of some nsaids and equiblock today.

    I can squat 3x per week, but if I do yard work for 8 hours my hips and low back feel like sh**.

    It's definitely broken... feel 99% sure since I did the exact same thing to my finger a few years back playing flag football, did go to the doc, and it looked exactly like that.

    I was gonna rag on you, but if you did it beltless I understand.
    I've only squatted around 260 without a belt....I just always add it for my top couple of sets.

    Squatting with a belt is different than without. Not to mention, the flexors have to be worn out by now....but they should have the rest of your life to recover.

    Don't worry, I still love you guys even if I'm like the bastard child you won't claim until I (a) routinely squat 300 for reps and (b) weigh > 200 lbs .

    His programming specifically calls for weeks with and without the belt so... guess I'll just suck it up for now with the girly weights.

    I think youre safe with all of the CBL stuff going on.
    I haven't caught any hell for trying to get jacked; read: scrawny again (except Inky, she wants me to be fat).

    So I'm starting to believe that powerlifters dont' care what you weight, as long as you're slamming down cakes and pies.
