    Fat post-workout. Bad?

I don't take Whey, all my post-workout intake is 450g of chicken with a wrap and banana. If I switch this to eggs is that bad? I've heard that fat post workout can slow down the protein synthesis. Is that true?

It's not bad, as long as you can fit the intake into your daily budget, and the rate of protein digestion is not a meaningfully variable when you're looking at endpoints.
