Nope you are not blind. But if you look at the dates of each of the shows and make sure it is a qualifier, then you can guess that 2013 will probably be close to the date for 2012.
So lets say the the Stratford Championships was April 14, 2012 of this year, then my guess is that it will be April 13th for 2013 (typically all show are on a Saturday), so I would plan for that time frame. No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying - Tony Robbins

When I was training AM, it was fasted.
I'd take a pre, then down BCAAs during/post.
I haven't even hit 2 plates on bench, 3 plates on squat, or hell even 3 plates on deads.
Granted, I've been recovering and have had gaps in training, but still...

LOL @ Wayne training early. Nope. Does he even lift?
And yes, I do it fasted. I eat before I go to bed, but I don't eat when I get up. No shake either.
PWO drink = gatorade, with one scoop each of: creatine, arginine, beta-alanine.
Seems to work for me. I can't train with a full stomach. Blech.Insta: flexjs

Thanks Matt I appreciate that. I have been doing moring cardio, eating and then head out for weights. BCAA with weights and then post shake/banana. Today I didnt have time to do pre-cardio and weights so weights gets done first (longer burn for the day and bulking). I did it with fasted with BCAA and small shake. I am thinking though over the next couple of weeks to switch up and do weights first thing and 20 min of cardio post since I am trying to grow...

Thanks yours and Matt input is great. I cannot train on a full stomach no matter what time of the day so that is why I think I prefer working out earlier in the day. I think though that I will put my cardio post workout now until 12 weeks to contest and then start doing it morning fasted and then workout.

I prefer to train fasted as well, so I make sure I don't eat after around noon. A lot of the time I find it easier just to IF, drink BCAA's between morning cardio and evening weights and then eat my daily cals after lifting.
Do you find doing cardio first/fasted makes a big difference for fat loss?training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153696161&page=51

I have always done cardio before my weights (not always fasted but at the most a shake). Typically if I dont do my cardio first I am bad for skipping it or not having enough "time". I am trying to bulk over the next two months so I thought moving it after might be better (because I am bulking if I miss it, I miss it). When the 12-14 week mark comes pre-show then it will be switched back up to morning fasted, if it makes a difference that is when I will see it.
