The problem with this experiment is what would happen to the person trying to help the child.

You stop a kidnapping and the 'bad guy' takes off. You're the "hero", but the parent comes to the child and you're right in the middle of an abduction.... Do you think the parent will praise you? No.

Another danger sign is, a child is alone and you try to find the child's parents. Guess what? You're all-of-a-sudden the abductor. Good luck getting people to believe "I was helping her find her mom"

Now, 2 different people stepped in, as seen in that clip. First was mister black dude at 6'4 who is as big as a house. And second some tiny spanish chick. If this was real life, she would have gotten raped or something.

Unless you are built like a silverback gorilla, no normal person would dare stepping into a situation like that, and come out unharmed. It's a lose-lose situation for you. Sure, call the cops, that would be the responsible thing to do. But don't try guilt tripping people by not risking their lives in such a highly volatile and dangerous situation like that.
