I think it's been 3x now since I've tried the no fap challenge, I find it makes me more productive overall, more creative, more energy BUT I just can't focus on school work which is the most important thing for me right now. Usually around the 2nd week is one it becomes too difficult to focus on anything and my thinking becomes unclear.

it depends entirely on what your objective is, have you tried to sit down and study for HOURS on end during a during a no fap phase? High amounts of energy doesn't help me you concentrate, it's like taking 3 scoops of jack3d before you study

I've been on no-fap on and off since I discovered it on my own when I was ~17 and have reccomended it to so many of my guy friends and peers just because how obvious the transformation is for me.

I don't know what else to say than, i've been in your shoes after failing and the BEST thing you can do is just get right the **** back on track. I've gone months and months back into fap habit after breaking some really long no-fap streaks.

re: the guy asking about if it's similar to weed. not really. weed gets you high, but while being in a cloud. no fap gets you high, but while on top of that cloud. it's too abstract to really explain, other than I can compare it to the twilight phase of a high. a few hours after you smoke, and you've forgotten about getting/being high, and you just find yourself feeling really good, not really high but not really sober, it's something like that.

i'm on day 14 and for the past 3 days I've noticed multiple times through out the day that i just feel ****ing great. the thought comes into my mind, man, I just feel really ****ing good. and i hone in on that feeling, enter into it, and it grows and becomes a sustainable construct through which I continue to operate in all my daily dealings.

i've been keeping track of my no-fap, no-porn progress on www.chains.cc . it helps. i also put 5 or 6 other good habits i want to keep up on a daily basis and have been tracking my record with them there as well.
