Apple crisp Recipe.. sorry I am so slow
10 Medium apples ( i use honey crisp or granny smith)
2 scoops moyfusion protein (cinnamon)
Mix the two together and put in a dish. (I used stoneware that is microwave safe)
For topping, use 2 scoops Cinnamon protein
1/2 cup oats
6 sheets of graham crackers (crushed/chopped)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp butter, melted
mix all together and top the apples.
I microwave it for 14 minutes. If you bake it do it 30-45 minutes.
Hope this helps for you!Sarah- NASM CPT

“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”

Thank you. Now prepare for a mouth orgasm. The amount of smoke in this burger is beautiful. It put a tear in my eye. I personally put a "heaping" tablespoon of smoked paprika and I added a lot more chipotle into the mayo (but I didn't add the mustard) and the burger to make it spicier. 1 tablespoon is minuscule.
