Leg day, again could barely walk out of the gym, I'm really noticing how much bigger my legs feel compared to a month ago. Legs felt really rested heading into todays workout.

    Notable lifts

Smith Squats - 65x15x2, 115x10, 135x10, 155x8, 165x5, 175x3....probably could have pushed out one more rep on the last 2 sets, but they wouldn't have been full squats, I go deep, almost touching the ground with my behind.

    Single leg curls - 75x12, 82.5x10, 87.5x9

+ a whole bunch of other stuff, my calves are KILLING me right now, couldn't get on the leg press, it was full the whole time, so I'll have to make sure I hit that up next leg day.
I hate it when the gym gets really packed that its hard to even complete a workout. It really sucks

It's good you go low on squats...I see an abundance of 1/4 rep squatters attempting full squats.

    Day 24

    Chest + tri's

Went with a friend to a real gym, and was finally able to get some becning done with barbells. Felt really good, and oh boy was I surprised with what I put up.

    Bench 115x10, 135x10, 155x10, 165x8, 175x4

Tons of dips + alot more for todays workout, I really really felt huge today, the progress has been very good so far IMO, both in the weights I'm lifting now, and in the mirror. Very Happy with the Swole stack, still have another 1.25 months of it! It's really starting to kick in I think now.

Been having these for before bed snack while bulking, or at breakfast time, or even post workout, its just so dam good, and has a pretty nice profile

1/2 Scoop oats Grinded in Coffee Grinder (150 cals)
1-1.5 scoops Chocolate Protein (120-200 cals) - Currently using VPX Serious Chocolate, got it for $30 a tub so decent deal
    1 serving Natty Peanut Butter ( 200cals)
Small amount of skim milk (30 cals)
    1/2 Bananna (100 cals)
    Sugar Free Syrup

Total 600-700 cals of super easy to eat and tasty meal

Mix everything but Banana into a bowl, just enough milk to make a thick batter, you dont want it thin as it will be much harder to flip, heat up a decent size pan on the stove, after its hot, spray it with a tiny bit of cooking spray, pour mix into pan, then add banana's sliced up.

Such a good pancake, and so simple and easy to make, and its actually pretty good for you!

    Day 25

    Weight 171.4 (+4.4)

    Back + Bi + Forearm

Had to make it quick today, so no deadlifts, spent about 1 hour in the gym tearing it up like I have been. Feeling good and lifting more every session it seems. Day off tommorow, and probably Sunday as well due to work/NFL.

Back to the gym lifting hard on Monday.

    Day 28

After two days off from the gym, I woke up this morning, and was still a little sore, so I decided to take it easy at the gym today and just did 45 min of cardio, abs, and stretching.

Skipping my shoulder day, as my upper body is telling me to take it easy for a day or two more, so I will be hitting legs tommorow at the gym.

    30 day review coming up!

Noticed the "White Friday" sale as well, will be getting me some more swole stacks, and some recoverpro as well most likely!

    Day 29

    Leg day

No time for the gym today, so I ded P90x Legs + Back routine - the back. Did extra leg reps and exercise during back stuff. I forgot how much I hate nonstop lunging and squats and stuff, legs are absolutley on fire after this workout. Good change of pace workout, always nice to switch stuff up once in awhile.

Yep. All sorts of variables to keep things fresh. Rep range/timing/rest between sets/routine.

    Day 30

Weight 170.6 (+ 3.6) - Right about where I wanted to be 1 month in

    Chest + Tri's today

Notable Lifts - Hint, New PR's, Finally been able to bench without pain in my rotator cuff now last 3 chest days...don't know if it's the Swole stack helping me, but I'm now 99% pain free where I used to be able to never bench anything heavy at all without lots of pain.

Smith Bench - 145x10, 165x8, 175x5, 180x4 ( New PR), was going to try 185, but ill do that next time

Incline Smith Bench - 115x10, 125x10, 135x6, 140x5, 145x4, again was going to try 150, but next week I'll hit it

Lots of other stuff too, Really noticeable difference in my body and at the gym now, can't wait for next 30 days.

Day 35 - Been a few days since last update...had 3 workouts since then, one more month to go on swole stack..looking to get to around 175 on my final weigh in for a total of + 8 lbs for the 2 months. Currently sitting around 172

    Notable Lifts

    Smith Deadlifts - 115x10, 165x10, 175x10, 195x8, 205x6, 205x6 (Personal Best)
Smith Squats - 115x10, 135x8, 155x8, 175x5, 180x3 (Personal Best), could have squeezed out one more but felt form wouldn't be good
Leg Press - 270x10, 310x10, 330x9, 350x8, 370x6 ( Personal Best), coulda done more, but didn't want to push it

Basically Hitting Personal Best's every workout, on every exercise now...Progress Pics below

May not show in Pics, but I have a noticeably larger chest/Traps, and have more thickness in my back all around. Also, my legs are much more muscular, very noticeable when stretching. Arms are bigger..basically every part of by body is bigger, and more vascular to me in a noticeable way, even more so when flexed.

    Day 1

    Day 30

I looked at the before and current pix BEFORE I read your post. Your chest and traps stood out to me. Apparently you feel the same. Great work so far.

    Day42 Weight - 172.8

Been liftinf hard the past week, NEW PR's just about every lift, every time now still

Added in 20 mins of cardio at end of my workouts to combat Thanksgiving, and to lean out just a little, I feel I'm gaining just slightly too much fat...looking to stay around the 172-174 area by the end.

    Notable lifts

Smith Bench - 155x10, 175x6,185x5,185x4,195x3....New PR...felt good to put two plates on for the first time ever
    Incline Smith Press - 135x8, 145x6, 150x4,155x3..New PR
Smith Deadlifts - 6xx20, 115x15, 165x10 (easy), 185x10 (easy), 215x8, 225x5 (New PR) Just smashed these out, weights that were heavy 2 months ago, are like feathers now

My stash..needless to say I went with some AI on White Friday!

In March will run 2 months of Swole + Prometheus Rising..OMG!!! on a bulk + Recover Pro + Mono+ Random Pre if I need it! I think Swole + Prom rising might be crazy!

Ivee been adding 2 scoops recoverpro to 1 scoop of Intrabolic during workouts now instead of 2 scoops intrabolic....red raz + lemon ice Intrabolic is tasty...not that crazy about the regular taste of raz recoverpro though

    Day 43

Last 2 workouts have been shoulders and legs

    Notable lifts

    Smith Shoulder Press 90x10 (easy)...100x8, 105x5, 105x4 (New PR)
Single Arm Hammer Strength Shoulder Press 80x10 (easy), 90x8, 90x6 (New Pr)

    Smith Squats 65x15, 115x15, 135x8, 155x8, 175x5, 185x4, 190x2 (New PR)
    Leg Press 270x15, 320x9, 370x8, 380x6, 380x6 (New PR)

Feeling Great, and looking good, It has always been very very hard for me to gain strength and size....Swole stack is really unbelievable for me in terms of how I feel/look/ and lift, no Pre workout/Creatine/or anything has ever come close to the results I am getting so far. I wish I could have gotten bloodwork done, I always felt like I had lowish Test compared to others I know who hardly workout and are just jacked as fuuuk. So far Swole stack is 15/10
