    A year and a half later

    I started back in May 2010, and have been hitting it since. Tomorrow I start my bulk... but here is the summary

    Great progress. You just need to work to add mass all over
    I'd put your current body fat at 10-11%
    Your shoulders look very good, and you've got a good frame, so just concentrate on your heavy compound lifts - deads, squats, presses and rows - try to increase your lifts every session, keep up your protein and cals, and you should add loads of mass over the next few years
    You'll look great at a lean 180-185

    Will do boss. I just didn't know what I was doing for about 6 months, and then the next year after I did research, it made all the difference. Now onto the bulk. Pretty pumped for it.

    For these pics my intake was probably hovering around 2,200. But Now that I am starting my bulk, it's jumping to 2800+. Protein was BW +, and pretty much a 40/40/20 diet.

    What's the catch? Were your legs left behind, because that is where most of your weight will come from brah. If you want to weigh more, your legs will be vital.

    For gaining only 20 lb, that is a pretty big difference. Your legs must have not changed in size. Anyways, keep going and keep up the good work.

    Well all i can say is for 5'11" and 145 ....you look great!!! Same height and weight and well dont think I look that good! But dont think I could ever get to 145!!!!! Oh my! I was that in 7th grade!! Reps to ya though...Great job!!
