What I don't need is:
Pictures or measurments.
But feel free to post them yourselves.
This isn't a contest. Just motivational thread where people are ranked by percentage of weight lost.

This will be my 1st time guys, but I am certainly IN! I just subed into this thread and I will PM my starting weight by November 1st. Stingray72 invited me in, and I appreciate it bro. You have been a great motivator. I am a real short guy (height 5 feet 3 inches), and by losing weight, I am determined to be real light and lean by January 1st.
My weight is 154 right now (Oct 14th), does anyone have any suggestions on how low I have to get in order to look, real cut and lean. I do a lot of running and I really plan to drop alot of weight and lose alot of fat between November 1st and January 1st. ---Good luck to everybody and lets do this together gang!

I cant wait to finish this 12 week goal ill be at my overall goal and can eat 500 more calories. 2500 calories a day.
