Probably better suited over here >> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=13
You forget to mention if you're trying to build muscle or lose fat. My guess is that you're building muscle. If this is the case, you need more protein (supplement), specifically 1.5-2x your BW so 195+ grams daily. Good luck!Last edited by industree; 10-10-2011 at 10:26 AM.

Sounds pretty good to me. I am not any expert on macros but on a clean bulk you want no more than a pound a week gained. Use the scale weekly to gauge whether calories need to be increased or decreased. The quality of your foods look fine to me.

Please post peer-reviewed studies saying you need more than 2.2g/kg body weight...
... You won't find any.
OP does not need supplements at all. Food is better.
Also, OP, why are you removing all junk food from your diet? You know you can fit them in your macros if you want?
What does that have to do with his diet? He posted his macros, that's all that matters.(i hope he does take a multi at least, his diet is not that rich in micronutrients.

No doubt that whole foods are most important.
